What are the main features of Dub Air?

Automated speech-to-text, translation and voiceover:
Create a transcript, translation, and voiceover for your video.
Voice cloning: Copy the voice from the original video to the translated version.
Multiple speakers: Assign a unique voice to each speaker in the video.
Subtitles: Download the transcript and translation in SRT format.
AI rewriting: Adjust the speed of speech by rewriting segments that are too long in the translation.

Revoice: Choose a voiceover that matches your content, or use a clone voice. We currently offer 200 multilingual voices.
Refine: Allows users to preview their content and change the voice; it also can add music to video content.
Remix: Add text overlays, power up the captions and remix your video content with cool fonts and new styles for your text.
How many languages can I dub in?
We currently offer support for 29 output languages. Our focus is on providing high-quality translation, rephrasing, and automation.

Our Voice Cloning feature offers a human-like experience and is currently available when dubbing from any source language to the following 29 languages:

What does one minute of voiceover (dubbing) mean?
1 minute of AI voiceover equals 1 minute of final translated video/audio. For example, if you have a five-minute video that needs to be translated into two new languages, you will need 10 minutes of voiceover. Depending on your pricing plan, you will automatically receive a specific number of monthly minutes added to your account. If you run out of the allocated minutes, you can purchase additional minutes at $1 per minute.
How many minutes do I need?
The number of minutes required for the AI dubbing tool depends on your needs. For example, if you have a five-minute video that needs to be translated into two new languages, you will need 10 minutes of voiceover. If you have a 1-hour video to translate into 3 languages, you will need 180 minutes.
If you run out of the allocated minutes, you can purchase additional minutes at $1 per minute.
Do my minutes rollover?
Yes, they do. Any unused minutes will be included in the following month; you can use them as long as your subscription is active.
Do you offer monthly and yearly plans?
We offer two types of subscriptions: monthly and annual. The monthly subscription involves a recurring payment that is billed every month. The annual subscription is a recurring payment billed annually and automatically renews yearly. After paying a subscription, you will be charged until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime; please see our Terms of Service for more information.
Do you provide a free trial?
We offer a free basic account. The Basic account offers users 3 minutes monthly to use all available features and when exporting your projects their will be a watermark on each project.
Can I upgrade and downgrade?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription or switch from a monthly to an annual plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel as and when you like.
What is the refund policy?
We are committed to refunding the minutes you have used if the creation of your video failed to complete due to a technical error on our end. To request a refund of minutes, please get in touch with our support service. We will review your request, and if it is confirmed that there was a technical error on our end, we will return the used minutes to your account.
Please note that refunds are not provided in the following cases:
More than 25% of the subscription plan has been used.
More than 14 days have passed since the activation of the subscription.
The client received an expected, technically high-quality result but changed their mind about using the service.

All Lifetime Deal purchases can claim a refund 90 days from the app’s launch. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of the refund request.
What payment methods do you accept? How do you secure my payment information?
We support various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) and payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, a trusted payment platform.
How do you secure my payment information?
We take the security of our customer’s payment information very seriously. To protect your payment information, we use Paddle, which adheres to the regulatory bodies of payment processing. Paddle is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the highest security certification in the payment industry.
Paddle encrypts your payment information using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology and stores it on their secure servers. We never store any payment information on our own servers.
By using Paddle, we can ensure that your payment information is always safe and secure.
Are there limitations to the duration of the dubbed videos?
For users with subscriptions, there are no specific limitations on the duration and size of uploaded videos. However, if you encounter any issues with videos longer than 1.5 hours, we recommend dividing them into two parts and translating them separately. This approach ensures smoother processing and helps maintain optimal performance.
What can I do if I need more than a 120 minutes per month.
Our Agency Dub plan provides up to 500 minutes, 15 hours per month. If you need more minutes, you can reach us directly at support@dubair.ai. If you would like a bespoke plan, please get in touch with us via support@dubair.ai.
How fast can I expect to receive my dubbed content?
The speed of AI dubbing depends on the length and complexity of your content. However, AI processes are based on two things: adding lip-synch will increase the generating process time, and you can expect the processing time to be at least five to ten times the input duration. Secondly, if you generate content without lip-synching, you can expect the generating process to be three to five times the input duration. Depending on the project’s scope, you can expect quick turnarounds, often within hours or minutes. Please note the the processing time will be shorter within the coming weeks and months. Our developers will be working hard to reduce the processing time as quickly as possible.
Can I customise the AI-generated voices to match my brand's style?
Yes, AI voice dubbing can be customised to align with your brand’s unique style and tone. You will be happy to know that our AI uses the latest technology that does not need a human to change the pitch and tone; Dub Air has voices that will resonate with your brand identity.
Does Dub Air offer lip sync?
Dub Air offers lip-synching which can be added at the beginning of your workflow. Our tool maintains the audio/video quality, resulting in an enhanced dubbed output that matches lip movements accurately; please note that the lip-synch is not 100% accurate, but our amazing team are working tirelessly to provide better accuracy. Can Dub Air clone my voice?
Right now, you can clone the voice or voices of the original voices in the input file, and Dub Air allows them to speak in 29 languages! Our Revoice feature will be available at the end of March and will allow users to clone up to 15 voice clones and match them to the dubbed content, again the clone voices will have the ability to speak in 29 languages.

Can I create high-definition dubbed videos?
You can upload 1080p, but our system will reduce that to 720p. We will be adding HD video output during the next quarter.
Are there limitations for the duration of the dubbed videos?
For users with subscriptions, there are no specific limitations on the duration and size of uploaded videos. We recommend not to dub more than 60 minutes of content and a maximum of 10 minutes for lip-synching. This approach ensures smoother processing and helps maintain optimal performance.
What happens if my dubbed project fails?
We want you to know that we aim to mitigate failures when dubbing your projects. However, if you experience such an issue, we will be alerted and re-add the minutes that are deducted from your quota.
